Class Cabinet Application Returning Applicants
This application will provide us insight on your organizational skills and thought process. All answers for questions 8-12 are to be typed and attached to this application. After a thorough review of application packets, selected applicants will be contacted for an interview. Interviews will take place after school during the middle of May. Failure to make your scheduled interview time will result in the termination of your application. The form must be completed in its entirety and is due to Mr. Frey and Ms. Jermain by 2:30 PM on Friday, May 13th. Also, the class advisors will be asking staff for feedback regarding all applicants and asking home offices for attendance records.

I am aware and acknowledge that my position as a Class Cabinet member requires dedication and commitment. I understand that I may be expected to arrive to school early, work during my lunch period, and/or stay after school in order to complete government work and/or attend class events. I am aware that I am expected to attend ALL class events and functions hosted by the Class of 2017. I am also aware that I must stay eligible academically and am subject to school/district discipline policies if any infractions occur during the 2016-2017 school year.
