Essential / Desirable / How Measured
Experience / ·  Experience of working with whole families who have medium level neglect & complex needs and can provide strengths based, outcome focussed interventions.
·  Has detailed & up to date knowledge of child & adolescent development, parenting capacity, neglect & family intervention theories and can put that knowledge and theory into practise
·  Experience of acting as Lead professional of teams around families and chairing meetings
·  Ability to deliver a programme of work confidently & work with a solution focussed approach with families and multi agency partners and local communities
·  Holds a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, procedures and guidance in working with families / ·  Experience of case supervision and quality assurance
·  Has experience and understanding of the National Troubled Families Programme
·  Has experience of delivering practise forums/workshops and training to others. / ·  Application/

Education / Training / Qualification / ·  Has a level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline or the equivalent level of competence or experience
·  Has level 2 training in child protection / ·  A recognised professional qualification relevant to the post
