U19 Rec Team from Golden Isle folded & Golden Isle has missed three consecutive meetings (new business)
COMISSIONER: MIKE GOODMAN
Introduced Jax United FC Barry Dixon who announced that USSF PDL division 4 league with 20 teams in league team men’s team would be playing at Patton Park for 5 home matches. Clubs in NFY may sell season ticket packages for $25. For 2 adults & 2 youths with the NFY clubs keep $5.00 per package as a fund raiser. More info on NFY web site.
Also on June 22, 2013 Soccer in the sand at Jacksonville Beach
Mike wanted to mention that only two coaches dismissed during spring season. This is a big improvement over fall season.

Congratulations to 4 teams from Region B going to Presidents Cup.
Region B will provide $1,000 & FYSA will provide $500 to each team for travel
Region B AGM in June will be announced

There are many re-scheduled games due to Region and State Cups conflicting dates.
There will be a fix to the fall schedule by placing any overflow games on three Sundays.
Director of Recreation: Lisa West
Scores need to be entered into Got Soccer especially on Comp side. Michael mention that these scores are used for DOC’s and rankings. If score is not entered after two weeks tha game will be a 1-1 tie.
Director of Discipline: Grant Merrill
Teams, Coaches are not acknowledging receipt of RED CARD suspension. The clubs need to provide a red card contact who will acknowledge Grant on these suspensions. Please review your club procedure.
Check NFY web site for RED CARD Procedures. Clubs, Coaches responsible that RED CARDS are served.
Player cannot play until Grant has given Penalty and Red Card serve form is returned to Grant. Please have CRC review game reports for accuracy. Note: Player does not have to be present at a game to serve suspension.

Discussion on NFY producing rules for U19 7v7 league. ie: U12 size field, 40 minute halves
Also allow coaches with larger rosters to expand game to 11v11 if both coaches agree and if host club
has field space.
Golden Isle has missed three consecutive meetings in a row. Vote 11-3 to move the club to associate status in NFY pending a vote at next meeting.
