Please join us in Concord, NC for the 41st anniversary of the Fire & Life Safety Education Conference! The conference will be held February 22-24, 2017 at the Great Wolf Lodge. This event is projected to be bigger than ever due to venue location as well as the changes made to the ISO grading schedule and its impact on public education. By becoming a corporate sponsor or vendorfor the NC Fire and Life Safety Conference, your organization shows its commitment to saving lives! Take part in this great marketing opportunity and receive exposure to over 200 local, state and in some cases, national safety advocates representing fire departments from across the state and country. Listed below are the different levels of sponsorship and vendor opportunities available on a “first come, first serve” basis, so act quickly!

Breaks: Morning coffee and afternoon snack breaks will be held in vendor areas.
Hotel Accommodations: Exhibitors are responsible for their individual hotel reservations and any applicable fees ($109.00 room rate in addition to a$4.99 lodge fee and all applicable taxes.) Shipping & Packages: Please notify the hotel of any packages that you will be shipping directly to them at least one week in advance. All packages must include group name and date of event and may not be received earlier than three (3) days prior to the event. Hotel accepts no responsibility or liability for the delivery, security or condition of the packages.

Vendor / $150 or $250 / Non- Profits will be charged the lesser amount. All vendors receive the following items: table with skirting, Wi-Fi, Thursday breakfast and lunch for one person.
Bronze / $250-$499 / Agencymaterials will be available for distribution during the conference.
Silver / $500 - $999 / Agencymaterials will be available for distribution and agency logo will be displayed during the conference.
Gold / $1,000 - $1,499 / Agencymaterials will be available for distribution and agency logo will be displayed during the conference. Vendor table is included with all opportunities offeredto a vendor as listed above.
Diamond / $1,500 - $2,499 / Agency materials will be available for distribution and agency logo will be displayed during the conference. Vendor table is included with all opportunities offered to a vendor as listed above. Agency will be formally recognized as sponsoring a break for attendees.
Platinum / $2,500 ++ / Agency materials will be available for distribution and agency logo will be displayed during the conference. Vendor table is included with all opportunities offered to a vendor as listed above. Agency will be formally recognized as sponsoring a meal for attendees.
