Nicole advised that on the 5/9/05 the matter was entered into the CARS system [No 12391074]. The area was Inspected by a Council officer on 6/9/05 at 2pm and no rubbish was sited.
Residents were advised to continue ringing the ranger if the problem recurs.

No developments.
r] Murriverie Rd/Gilgandra Rd laneway
Nicole advised it was entered into the CARS system on 23/6/05 [No 119928], requesting
clean up. On the 15/8/05 it was send to records to forward to relevant dept. On the 14/9 it was forwarded to David Edwards, Green links project officer.
No developments from Mr. Edwards to date.

The Chairman has corresponded with Council, however, they have not responded to date.

Caroline advised the review has not been completed to date.

The Chairman has corresponded with Council supporting the garden.
Feedback; Mr. Moffat, objector, was advised by Council to attend the October precinct meeting to voice his objections.
The matter is still under investigation by Council.
Sally Betts referred and supplied a copy of Council’s nature strip planting policy.

Speakers for and against the Child Care Centre DA. were given ten minutes each speaker for (applicant) and against (resident of Clyde St).
A general discussion ensued with questions from the floor.
No motion was moved or put.
6.1.3 RIAMP [Waterboard]
The Chairman advised prior to the meeting that the project is proceeding without any major problems.

Caroline presented a verbal report.
6.3.2 Overview
Caroline presented an overview of DA’s to residents.
6.3.3 Garages fronting the street alignment
Of concern is the fact that Waverley Council has accepted DA’s from numerous residents regarding putting garages in the front of their houses, despite Waverley Councils DCP14, which clearly states that no garages in front of buildings.
The question was asked “Why is Council receiving money from residents for DA’s that will not be passed under the DCP requirements”.
The meeting resolved that Caroline investigate same.
