Dear Volleyball Coaches,

Welcome to the Hampton-Dumont Freshman and Junior Varsity Volleyball Tournament that will be held on September 16, 2017 at the Hampton-Dumont High School.

On the following pages, you will find a bracket for the tournament and locker room information. The tournament will start at 9:00 AM. We will play a round robin format with two nets. The south court will be the freshman court and the north court will be the junior varsity court. Start times will be approximate and we ask that teams be ready to play 30 minutes before the scheduled game time. We ask that each team supply 1 line judge in the matches they play in. Determining who will serve will be determined with a coin flip. The round robin play will be the best 2 out of 3 matches with matches 1 and 2 being played to 21 and match 3 being played (if necessary) to 15. After round robin play, we will use the following tiebreaker format to determine the championship pairings.

The championship match will be a best 2 out of 3 to 21 with the third match to 15. We will have medals for the winning teams (Freshman and Junior Varsity).

There will be a $70.00 entry fee and all checks can be made out to Hampton-Dumont Community Schools and mailed to me at the above address.

Hampton-Dumont is a tobacco free facility. Please remind your patrons of this and help us enforce it.

Our concession stand will be open all day. We ask that no drinks or food be brought in. Hampton-Dumont has a NO Food, Drink or Cooler Policy that will be strictly enforced for our volleyball tournaments.

Admission: $5.00 for adults and students. HD activity passes along with IHSAA/IGHSAU passes will be the only passes accepted.
