Restocking Policy: Returns will be accepted: However, written
authorization and the issuance of a valid
return by The Hon Company must be obtained.
Return products which are not due to an error
on the part of The Hon Company will be
subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus the
cost of the return freight.

“Return Goods Authorization” prior to
returning any product. Additionally, the
customer will be required to pay all return
freight charges. A restocking fee of 15%
will apply to all returned products.
Merchandise must be received in resalable
condition.

Price Reduction Clause:
The relationship between Norris Design and the Government must be maintained throughout the contract period. Any price decreases, increases, or changes in discount terms or conditions made to the existing GSA contracts included herein shall pass through to this contract. If any further discounts or concessions are granted by the prime contractor to any commercial customers, the Government will be notified and afforded the same discounts or concessions. If any further discounts are granted by the subcontractors to Norris Design (except for consideration of the IFF), the Government must be notified. All discounts or concessions will be subject to evaluation and renegotiations. It is the contractor’s responsibility to notify the Government within 15 calendar days of any changes.
