SECOND YEAR NIPPER PARENTS PLEASE NOTE:

As per the JAC policy, it is a requirement for a parent or guardian of a nipper in their second year at the club to act as either an official, water safety officer or support the JAC in an approved key position, if he/she wishes for their child/children to enter a carnival.

We will be needing assistance with the following jobs. If you are not involved in water safety or Official duties please make yourself available for one of these jobs. Any help would really be appreciated. Please circle one.

  1. Packing the ute and trailer (usually around 4:30pm on the Friday afternoon before Carnival day).
  2. Set up (6:00am - tent set up, gear down to beach, water bottle filled etc).
  3. Pack up (hopefully before 3:00pm).
  4. Unloading trailer and ute, washing everything down and packing away. (This doesn’t take long if we have a few helping out).

1/ I/we have read and understood the code of conducts, rules and policies of the SLSA, SLSQ and the NHSLC that can be found in Junior Activities handbook and organisations websites and agree to conform with all requirements.

2/ I / we understand that failure to show at the carnival could impact on other nippers chance to take part, and could result in the NHSLC recovering the cost of my/our entry.

3/ I /we understand that there is a requirement that the nipper make themselves available for team events if there are any programmed at this carnival.
