Description
WF-805 is a high performance thick coating epoxy flooring paint which made of high quality non-solvent epoxy resin and others additives. It is two components self leveling paint. After applications, the surface of coating is smooth, beautiful, flexible, has good wearability, anti-corrosion, and waterproof ability. Using in the high requirements area with excellent decoration and protection function.

Strong flexibility, wearability, anti-pressure, impact strength.
Anti water, anti petrol and others chemical corrosion.
Where to use
Particularly applicable to the epoxy floor coating system of the high degree of clean, beautiful, high-gradepublic buildings and industrial constructions. Official, high grade office building, hospital, school, hotel, dustless workshop.
Surface treatment before construction
The substrate should be in solid concrete with strength C25 at least. To all surface of the
concrete must be clean all the stains and loose completely, including the new and old concrete, the damaged and the contaminated surface of concrete.
Surface treatment of the coated floor
- Must be clean all the stains and loose completely.
-No need to clean up the coated floor under neat and drying .
-Shall be clean up all the contaminated surfaceand make it flat.

Surface treatment of the new concrete
Make sure the primer surface is not in curing period and the moisture content is under 6%. Use the spray sketch system to make it rough enough.
Construction Condition
- The temperature range: 5-35℃. The surface temperature should be 5℃higher than the dew temperature.
- The humidity range: 30% to 80%.
3. Ventilation condition: make sure the construction site is well ventilated but without dust or strongwind.
4. Using the Organic metal dryer additive when the temperature is lower than the required. The additive volume shall be 0.2-2%, and add it into the painting slowly while stirring..
5. Notice: This products is not suitable for the place where with high UV intensity and direct sunlight.
Construction ways
Troweling：Choosing the trowel according to the thickness of coating. Generally choose the 2mm teeth length of trowel if the coating thickness is 1mm. When construction, to use the needle exhaust roller to stick into the coating to avoid the air bubble.
Spraying: using the high pressure airless sprayer.
Technical parameters
Using within 4 hours after opening.
Mixing Ratio (weight ratio): paint: curing agent:4:1, stirring before using.
Shelf life after mixing(25℃): 20mins, if the temperature is higher than 35℃，construction is not advised..
Diluting agent:When the temperature is 10-35℃, diluting agent is not permitted. While when the temperature is 5-10℃, to add the diluting agent butless than 3% of the weight of the paint.
Drying time: surface drying time: 4 hours, full drying time:24 hours.
The time for second layer:
Notes: The drying time is measured under the standard conditions( 25 ℃, 60% humidity), only forreference. The drying time is kind of big differences under different temperature and humidity, as wellas the thickness of coatings, ventilation, the previous painting layer.

Storage and transportation
The coatings should be stored closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, avoid hightemperature and fire. Keep the truck’s environment to be dry, closed, and the materials are stackedsteadily when transporting.
