Acknowledgment of Vendor application, Terms and Conditions

I hereby warrant and confirm that the information I have provided is, to the best of my knowledge, true and

correct, and further certify that I have read all the information provided in the application and agree with the

Terms and Conditions provided. It is agreed and understood that the completion of the application shall not

be binding either to the proposed vendor or to the Tri State County Animal Response Team (CART), until

accepted in writing by Strut Your Mutts Paws By The River. If I am not accepted into the Strut Your Mutts

Paws By The River event, a full refund will be given. Promoter has complete decisions rights of acceptance.

The agency and its representative agree to assure all loss and hereby indemnify the City of New Richmond,

Tri State CART and the Strut Your Mutts Paws By The River, its managing board, agents, employees and offices against and agrees to define and hold them harmless from any and all liability, loss, expense, damage, claims and causes of action arising out of or resulting from or in connection with the vendor’s work or activities.

Non-Profit Agency Terms and Conditions

  1. Strut Your Mutts Paws By The River Dates and Times: Sunday, September 14 from Noon to 6 p.m. Agencies are required to be open during these hours with a representative present. Tear down of booth may not occur until 5 p.m.
  1. Payment and Registration Deadline: Agency should submit the required booth fee with the application. Applications received after September 10, 2014, may be subject to a $10.00 late fee. Educational/informational materials or brochures

may be added to the hand out event goodie bags, but must be received by September 10, 2014.

  1. Agency Booth Assignments: All agencies will be assigned a space on River Front Street. Booth spaces are 10 ft x 10 ft.

tables, chairs, shelter, etc. are not included. You must provide your own. Any size larger than this must be purchased

as double space. Multiple booth discounts are not available. Submission of this application and the cashing of your

check or money order does not guarantee a space.

  1. Check-In: All agencies must check in at the Registration Table at the Front Street Café, 120 Front Street, New Richmond

beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 13, 2014. All agencies must be ready for operation by Noon.

  1. Unloading and Loading: Only vehicle display units will be permitted to drive on the grass or park on the street in front

of the assigned space for unloading or loading. If you are not a vehicle display unit, you may not drive on the grass

for unloading or loading. Failure to abide by this term, may result in ejection from the event and forfeiture of your

vending fee.

  1. Parking: All agencies may park their vehicle at the east end of Front Street in the Vendor Parking designated area.
  1. Tents and Umbrellas: Booth coverings are not provided by Tri State CART. However, they are permitted to cover

your booth. They may not exceed the 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. If electric is required a request must be listed on your application form.

  1. Refunds: Upon acceptance, your booth fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless cancellation is make IN WRITING before

September 10, 2014.

  1. Rescues and Shelters are permitted to hold adoptions conducive with their own policies and procedures. Tri State CART will not be responsible for the actions of those animals nor will Tri State CART be entitled to any profit from their adoptions.
  1. Day of Event: All business, or other activity, for which the agency has rented space, must be conducted within the

designated booth space only. No distribution, canvassing, flyers, or vending of any kind may be done by walking the

event grounds. All material and merchandise must be appropriate for a family atmosphere and agencies are required

to have only items that was approved on the application.

Dear Rescue Organizations and Shelters:

On behalf of Tri State County Animal Response Team and the Village of New Richmond, I would like to

invite you to be a part of the 4th Annual Strut Your Mutts Paws By The River. The event is scheduled

for Sunday, September 13, 2014, from noon until 6 p.m. The event will take place along the river on Front Street.

The vendor application fee is $25 and includes a 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. (Tables, chairs, tents, etc are

not included). You may provide an umbrella, pop up tent, or other covering, as long as it does not exceed

your booth space.

If you would like to be included in this event, please review and complete the attached application and

return to me with your application fee. Please make checks payable to Tri State CART. The purpose of this

event is to raise funds to be used toward animal disaster response for the 31 counties Tri State CART supports

surrounding Greater Cincinnati.
