I have worked on the research and manufacturing of ODS alternatives for more than 20 years and been familiar with technology development of ODS alternatives in China. I have witnessed the progress of phase-out of ODS and development of ODS alternatives in China by taking part in social actives on ODS phase-out, getting better understanding for policies or regulations both domestic and international.
I also undertake related research projects that cover development of new ODS alternatives and process development:
1．  Research and development of preparing technology of HCFC-123, deputy director of the project, 1991-1995. Participator
2．  Research and development of preparing technology of HCFC-124, head of the project, Zhejiang Chemical Industry Research Institute, 1993-1994. Team leader
3．  Research and development of preparing technology of HFC-125, 1994-1995. Participant
