Job Description

A. Manager- Business Development:

  • Identify business opportunities with a road-map to develop Business within a targeted period.
  • Develop innovative programmes to increase customer loyalty.
  • Ambitious to career growth by taking up new challenges.

Applicable Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing in Hospitality or Hotel industry.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management would be an asset.
  • Commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including the Microsoft Office & IDS.
  • Having flair in written and oral communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self.

Salary:

B. Manager-F&B:

  • Independently handle F & B Section by ensuring effective customer and quality driven service.
  • Has adequate exposure and knowledge about healthy, hygienic and safety standards as per regulations.
  • Promote environment to enhance customer frequency/cycle.

Applicable Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
  • Proven food and beverage management experience.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management IDS software, POS).
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Communication and leadership skills.
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Guest oriented and service minded.
  • Culinary school diploma or degree in Food service management, BA, or related field.

C. Executive E-Commerce/Online Sales:

  • Monitor the hotel's e-Commerce strategies as they are being implemented.
  • Daily management of hotel online presence on various Online Travel Agent websites.
  • Managing rate & inventory changes as well as content management.
  • Communicate with Hotel GM/DGM, Front Office Managers and others on daily basis.
  • Manage e-Commerce website content updates, coordinating to management requirement in terms of business promotions.
  • Manage and update the Hotel’s website, relevant social media (Facebook, Twitter, Blogging) and e-commerce functions including latest campaign, events and promotions from the Hotel.
  • Handle customer service for online – phone calls, e-mails, face book, etc.
  • Develops and implements new customer achievement and retention initiatives by managing search engine keyword buys, email acquisition newsletters.

Applicable Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
  • Advanced Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business studies/ Administration/ Commerce/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Possess strong planning skills, good business penetration, excellent communication and negotiation skills, creative and meticulous with details.
  • Able to work independently and work under minimum supervision.
  • Having networking abilities.
  • Able to execute online campaigns and monitor the performance of the campaign to ensure good result.
  • Computer literate. Familiarity with E-Commerce will be advantage.

D. Executive Front Office (Female):

  • Greet all Guests at all the time in a friendly and helpful manner,
  • Upon Check in, ensure that the Guest completes his registration card completely and legibly , and that the guest is assigned a room of the Type and the rate indicated on the Reservation
  • Stay up to date on Room Rates, Special Packages, Discounts and how to handle each.
  • In the case of Walk in, the Guest should be sold a room with the Highest Possible room rate.
  • To use the up-selling techniques in order to maximize the Rooms Revenue.
  • Being Knowledgeable of all the Credit cards and cashing Policies,
  • Develop Detailed Knowledge of the Rooms Locations, Facilities and Types.
  • Prepare and report guests with High Balance to the attention of the senior management
  • Be thoroughly aware of the Hotel Reservation System, and cancellation policy.
  • Communicate with all other departments through the proper channels
  • Promptly notify the Housekeeping of all check outs, early check in, special requests in the rooms.
  • Action the Housekeeping reports immediately upon Receipt, record Discrepancies and report to the Shift Leader.
  • Use proper Telephone manners.

  • A friendly and welcoming approach.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
  • High standards of grooming and presentation.
  • Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment.
  • The ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Good administrative skills and the ability to use email and booking systems.
  • Good team working skills.
  • Skills and Experience (Desirable) minimum 4 to 5 years.
  • Previous customer service experience & previous experience in hospitality.
