Kansas / I do not believe any agency files this type of list in Kansas.

Maine / I am not aware of this filing here in Maine at the State level.
Maryland

Michigan / I do not believe MI has such a list.

Montana / I am unaware of any such list in Montana, and if there is such a list it is not filed with the Secretary of State's office.
Nebraska
Nevada / I do not believe Nevada has such a list in any division.

New York / I don’t believe NY has such lists.
North Carolina / I believe North Carolina is the same as Nevada. I don't even think they are required to be filed at the municipal level.
North Dakota / I am not aware of any such listing by any agency in North Dakota.

Oregon / Oregon's Secretary of State does not. I can find no reference to such a list in statute.

Good Morning BOS,

The Louisiana Association of Business and Industry is exploring possible legislation that will designate the Secretary of State’s office as the filing office for such a list.

Does your state file this type of list? If so where is it filed? What is the fee? Can you please provide a statue reference.
