NOTIFICATION

The counseling for admission to M.Pharm Courses in Government colleges and Government seats in Private Colleges of Karnataka for the academic year 2014-15 for In-service and Non In-service (General) quota candidates will be conducted on 27/07/2014 from 10-00 A.M onwards at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, 4th ‘T’ Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore – 560 041.

Note:

1. The candidates are informed to report by 09-30 a.m for registration.

2. Counseling closes after the allotment of last seat in the seat matrix.

• Eligibility :

All the candidates who have qualified in the Entrance Test held on 13/07/2014 are eligible to attend the Counseling as per the merit list published in the University website.

• Certificates to be submitted:

The candidates shall submit the following original certificates at the time of Counseling for verification compulsorily.

6 / Attempt Certificate issued by the Principal of the concerned college
7 / Compulsory Rotatory Internship / Industrial Training completion certificate.
8 / Council/Board Registration Certificate.
9 / Domicile certificate issued by the Tahasildar of Karnataka/ Study Certificate.
10 / Valid Category & Income Certificate obtained from the Tahashildar of Karnataka if reservation is claimed.
11 / Transfer Certificate/Cumulative Record (SSLC) obtained from the school, if the candidate claimed reservation.
12 / Probationary Period Declaration certificate in case of In-service candidates.
13 / Two recent passport size photographs with name & date and without attestation.
14 / Disability Certificate issued by the Medical Board if claimed under PH quota.
15 / Certificate issued by the Asst. Commissioner under Article 371 J of HK Region.

If the original certificates are not produced at the time of counseling, the candidate shall forfeit the claim for allotment of seat.

• Fee Structure :

The candidates have to pay the fee at the time of admission in the allotted colleges and not during counseling.

• Procedure of conduct of Counseling:

The entire Counseling process has been computerized right from the registration of candidates to issue of allotment letter.

- Registration:

The candidates should register their names at the entrance of the Counseling hall by producing the PGET (AHPNP) - 2014 Hall Ticket and move to the allotted verification counter for submission of original certificates.

- Verification of original certificates:

The candidates should produce all the original certificates for verification by University officials. The original certificates will be kept in the University till the approval of admission by RGUHS. Therefore, the candidates are advised to keep sufficient Photo copies of their certificates with them before submitting them to the University.

- Selection of Seats:

After submission of original certificates, the candidates will be allowed for selection of seats in the order of their merit only.

- Issue of Allotment Letters:

The candidates who have selected seats should produce two recent passport size photos and get the allotment letters by affixing their signature in the register. The candidates should get admitted in the allotted college on or before the due date mentioned in the allotment letter, failing which the seat will automatically stands cancelled and a fine of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) will be imposed to those candidates who fail to join the allotted colleges within the prescribed time or surrender the seat after obtaining the allotment letter.

• Admission of Selected candidates:

The selected candidates should get themselves admitted to the colleges allotted within the due date notified by the selection committee, failing which their selection shall stand automatically cancelled. However, the admission shall be provisional and subject to the approval by the University.
