Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The "Win A Classic Colt" Offer ("Offer") begins at 12:00:01 p.m. ("Offer Start Date"), Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on January 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on October 12, 2012 ("Offer Period"). The Offer is sponsored by Colt’s Manufacturing Company, LLC, 545 New Park Avenue, Hartford CT 06110 (the "Sponsor"), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Offer.

Eligibility: Offer is open to all legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of the Offer Start Date and who are able to legally purchase a firearm in the state and locale in which they reside. Entrants must have a valid government-issued driver's license or proof of identification. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the prize. By entering this Offer, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entities directly associated with this Offer are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter: Eligible participants can be entered into the Offer by purchasing any Andra Olson Signature/Colt Cactus Saddle (Andra Olson/Colt Saddle) from an official Cactus Saddlery distributor and completing the official registration form during the Offer Period. Each entrant must provide his or her first name, last name, date of birth, gender, complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number and email address. LIMIT one entry per purchased saddle. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified. Entries must originate through an official Cactus Saddlery Distributor to be eligible. Entries that are forged, altered, or garbled will be void. In order to be eligible, entries must actually be received by Sponsor during the Offer Period. Entries received by Sponsor before the start of the Offer Period or after the end of the Offer Period will be discarded and deemed VOID. Sponsor's computer database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Offer. For purposes of this Offer, an entry is "received" when an Andra Olson/Colt Saddle is purchased and paid for. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, do not provide the required information in their entry form, or do not abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor will be disqualified. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, will be declared invalid and disqualified.

Prizes: Following the conclusion of the Offer, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received.

All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All winners are subject to verification and all prize transfers are subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations, and Sponsor's approval in its sole discretion.

Prize Conditions: The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, "Winner Documents") to be returned within 14 days of written notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued driver's license or identification card with return of the completed Winner Documents. The Winner Documents are subject to verification by Sponsor. If any information provided in the Winner Documents is incorrect, the winner may be disqualified (in Sponsor's sole discretion). If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, if potential winner fails to return Winner Documents within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for the prize at issue. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner's entry, and acceptance of the prize, constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, throughout the world, and without notice, review, approval, or further compensation. Winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use.

Sponsor will ship the firearm prize to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee in the U.S. selected by winner for transfer to the winner. Winner is responsible for providing Sponsor with a copy of the Federal Firearm Licensee's license to which he would like the prize shipped. Any and all firearms transfers must be in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations and will be subject to the requirements, policies and procedures of the chosen Federal Firearms Licensee for delivery. If Grand Prize winner is unable to complete the firearm transfer due to a failure of the required background check or other failure to meet the requirements of the Federal Firearms Licensee, the prize will be forfeited and returned to Sponsor at Sponsor's sole expense, and winner will be disqualified. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible and winner is solely responsible for the costs incurred to travel to pick up the firearm prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries of any entrant who is or may be ineligible to purchase a firearm in his or her state or locale.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: EACH ENTRANT agrees TO RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Sponsor, ITS divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, PRIZE PROVIDERS, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, and the respective officers, directors, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, employees, representatives and agents of each (collectively, WITH SPONSOR, THE "Offer Entities") FOR ANY liability whatsoever for injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance, possession, MISUSE or awarding of THE prize, while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize- OR OFFER-related activity, including, without limitation, any injury, damage, death, loss, OR accident to person or property. WINNER AGREES THAT the PRIZE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, relative to the use or enjoyment of THE prize, including, without limitation, ITS quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:

"CERTAIN CLAIMS NOT AFFECTED BY A GENERAL RELEASE. A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR."

Terms & Conditions: This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Offer mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Offer or these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules. This Offer is void where prohibited.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any advertisement or other Offer-related materials and these Official Rules (including any alleged discrepancy or inconsistency within these Official Rules), the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor's sole discretion. If Sponsor determines at any time in its sole discretion that the winner or potential winner is disqualified, ineligible, or in violation of these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to select an alternate winner, even if the disqualified potential winner's name may have been shown or announced on the Website or elsewhere.

RESOLUTION OF Disputes/Governing Law. Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Offer, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, the Prize awarded, or the determination of the Winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-pocket expenses (if any), not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

This Offer and any dispute arising under or related thereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of this Offer (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and each entrant accepts and submits to the personal jurisdiction of these Connecticut courts with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or related to this Offer.

Drawing and Notification: The Grand Prize winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing on or about October 12, 2012, by a representative of Colt’s Manufacturing Company, LLC. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted by telephone or email.
