Ninety-third. All of the City of Williamsburg; part of James City County comprised of the Berkeley A Part 2 (1012), Jamestown A (201), Jamestown B (202), Roberts A Part 1 (5011), Roberts A Part 2 (5012), Roberts B (502), Roberts C Part 1 (5031), and Roberts C Part 2 (5032) Precincts; part of York County comprised of the Kiln Creek (204) Precinct and parts of the Edgehill (303) and Harwoods Mill (401) Precincts; and part of the City of Newport News comprised of the Bland (201), Greenwood (110), Kiln Creek (218), McIntosh (104), Richneck (107), and Windsor (109) Precincts and parts of the Lee Hall (108) and Reservoir (106) Precincts.
Precincts shall be interpreted to refer to those in existence on April 1, 2011, and as reported by the United States Bureau of the Census in the 2010 Census reports provided pursuant to United States Public Law 94-171, notwithstanding subsequent changes made by localities.
The following descriptions are provided for information purposes only pursuant to § 30-264 of the Code of Virginia. The provisions of § 24.2-304.03 of the Code of Virginia, including the statistical report referenced in and on file with the Clerk of the House of Delegates, shall be controlling in any legal determination of the district boundary.
A. Part of James City County south and east of a line described as follows:
- Beginning at a point where an extension of a stream, said stream constituting the western boundary of census block 510950803042009 and identified in the county ordinance as Shellbank Creek, would intersect the center line of the James River
- north on said extended line to Shellbank Creek
- northeast on Shellbank Creek to John Tyler Highway (State Highway 5)
- east on John Tyler Highway to Greensprings Road (State Route 614)
- southeast on Greensprings Road to Jamestown Road (State Highway 31)
- northeast on Jamestown Road to Sandy Bay Road (State Route 681)
- north on Sandy Bay Road to Ironbound Road (State Route 615)
- north on Ironbound Road to Hickory Signpost Road (State Route 629)
- east on Hickory Signpost Road to Mill Creek
- north on Mill Creek to State Highway 1999
- north on State Highway 199 to a point approximately 175 feet southeast of its intersection with Monticello Avenue

- south approximately 800 feet and then southeast approximately 0.6 miles on said unnamed road to a non-visible property boundary, unidentified on census maps but identified as the boundary of Colonial National Historical Park on topological maps and constituting the northwest boundary of census block 511990505003032
- northeast on said property boundary to a tributary of Beaverdam Creek, said tributary being the northern and eastern boundaries of census block 511990505003032
