NIKE OHIO

NIKE has decided to open an Ohio branch of their California-based company. Their intention is to gain a stronger brand presence and market in the midwest. They have chosen Avon Lake for this facility due to the good quality of life and affordable real estate costs. They will be transferring a large team from California in addition to hiring additional sales and marketing staff. Currently they do not have office spaces in Avon Lake and are working with you as the designer and their real estate broker to purchase the former library building to be converted into their office spaces.

NIKE would like to be able to use their new offices as a space to promote their products via seminars.

Lunchroom/Reception Requirements:

The Lunchroom and the Reception area will be one of two showpieces of their new space. While the complete reflection of their brand throughout their new offices is important, these two zones are the primary client zones and are the first spaces that the client is exposed to. They must make a great visual impact.

They would like the Reception space and the Lunchroom to be physically and visually linked to each other. They would like these two spaces to work as one zone where they would hold the seminars and entertaining events in addition to providing a space for employees to eat their lunch.
