11/03-04 / Jim Saldarini will need to determine the appropriate places in the NFSC Policies and Procedures where the reference to making standards performance based should appear. Due Date: December 31, 2003. Also, Prasad Kadambi will develop an NFSC Guidance Document that will be able to be used with the NFSC Tool Kit as guidance for standards writing groups. 11/03-05 / Jim Mallay agreed to contact Marvin Fertell of NEI to see if someone from NEI would be the liaison to NFSC to help coordinate this policy change with the utilities. Due Date: January 31, 2004. / Mallay / Open
