  • Could we use another organization for the night –sponsored/partnered by:

Fundraising ideas – Lisa Masciantonio

  • Sell shirts from last year since we are getting new uniforms
  • Bring your own beer to pig roast
  • Dave’s meat gives a 5% discount
  • Concessions – Joe L. will make made to order breakfast sandwiches again this season
  • Raise fee for Ladies night to $45, wine will not be as expensive this year since not going with Narcisi winery
  • Just need to come up with an option for basket raffle to replace??
  • Cenci – call for donation of pizza for mini camp - Cindy
  • If he will match Adrien’s pizza and we will make them a sponsor and then use them for Wednesday night pizza, announce for them at the concessions
  • Each Wednesday 10-15 for girls for cheerleading, and 17 + 14 pizzas for others
  • Kona ice good to go, van at both of fields – just don’t have them block anyone in
  • Pig roast – change to byob but will proved food and have teams bring food
  • Baierl – gave sponsorship
  • Mike katic to sponsor

  • 4 for line painters
  • Pig roast 3 for one slot
  • Ladies night 15 cover 2 spots

  • Barn any stuff – order new pretzel machine, Bridgette said baseball fixed the pretzel machine,
  • Freezer?? Needs cleaned
  • Oven – most needed
  • Coffee pots needed can we put on volunteer spot for donations.

Registration -- Bridgette

  • Registration until just before draft – open through 27th then will close for draft
  • If the small team age is 6 – he can play on the small team even if he misses the age -deadline under not over
  • 9 new players small,
  • Middle 9 new 24 returning
  • Big 13 new 18 returning
  • Only 3 kids did not sign up from small team
  • 10 kids didn’t sign up for big
