FIRST GRADE / The following lists are supply items that will likely be needed by the student during the year:10 glue sticks1 clipboard (labeled)

Tissues, paper towels, sandwich-size zippered plastic bags, gallon-size zippered plastic bags, antibacterial wipes, paper plates, paper bags, hand sanitizer, pencil-top erasers
BOOKBAGS MUST BE ABLE TO FIT IN LOCKERS – PLEASE NO BOOKBAGS ON WHEELS
Please send in a complete change of clothes including socks and underwear.
SECOND GRADE / The following lists are supply items that will likely be needed by the student during the year:
4 composition notebooks 1 1-inch Binder with pockets (no zipper binders)
2 spiral notebooks Clipboard
10 glue sticks 2 highlighters

1 box of crayons or colored pencils2 bottles of glue-all for art

FIFTH GRADE / The following lists are supply items that will be needed by the student during the year:
4 marble composition books for subject areas 2 highlighters (different colors)
5 glue sticks (no white/liquid glue)* Headphones/Earbuds*

1 pair of scissors* 1 package broad-tip colored markers
1 small binder pencil case 2-3 dry erase markers*

1 pair of tennis shoes for gym
2 large packages of loose-leaf lined paper* 1 old large t-shirt for art (labeled)

1 three-ring binder at least 2 inches wide (zippered is recommended but not required)
*Items that are used on a near daily basis. Please make sure to replenish/replace these items as needed.

You will need the following at home: dictionary, pencils, pencil sharpener, scissors, glue sticks, and crayons

The follow list is supply items that will mostly likely be needed by the student during the year:
- One fully sized bag pack (large enough to hold a regular size folder; no wheels/rolling backpacks. Please do NOT send toddler/preschool size backpacks.
- One spiral notebook
- 1 lunch tote for lunch and snack
- 6 LARGE glue sticks
- 1 bottle Elmer’s glue
- 1 box LARGE size crayons (Crayola)
- 1 box thin crayons (Crayola)
- 12 fat yellow pencils
- 1 box fat dry erase markers (NOT Crayola, as they do not erase easily)
- 1 pair child friendly scissors
- 1 plastic school supply box
- 1 art smock (can be old t-shirt from grown up)
- 1 complete change of clothing (including socks, shoes, and underwear)
- Pull-ups/wipes (if applicable)
Families may donate the following school supplies:
- Quart sized storage bags
- Gallon sized storage bags
- Baby wipes/hand wipes
- Large box facial tissues
- Liquid hand soap
Please have your child bring asmall HEALTHY snack and drink every day. Use an insulated lunch bag with ice packs if the snack must be kept cold. Please remember to include utensils as needed. If your student is bringing their lunch from home, snack can be put in same container…just let us know so we can make sure we save something for snack time.
Please clearly label backpack, clothing, hats, coats, etc. with your child’s first and last name. If items are not labelled we will label them using a black sharpie marker.

Pre-Kindergarten
Supply List 2017-2018
Dear Parents of Pre-Kindergarten Students,
Welcome to Reisterstown Elementary School. Listed below are supply items that will likely be needed by the student during the year for Pre-Kindergarten.
1 - box of 24 standard size Crayola crayons
8 – regular size glue sticks
Please mark the following supplies with your child’s name.
1 - backpack (no rolling backpacks)
2 - marble composition notebooks
3 - folders with inside pockets
1 Change of clothes (including underwear and socks)
Families may donate the following items to the classroom.
1 - box gallon size Ziploc or Glad Lock bags
1-box quart size Ziploc or Glad Lock bags
1 - bottle liquid soap
1-bottle of hand sanitizer
1 - large box facial tissues
3 – rolls of paper towels
Please have your child bring a small, healthy snack and a drink each day.
