April promotion: “Doing More With Less”
People of all ages and across jobs are feeling the pinch of trying to do more with less. This month, encourage employees to turn to the program for resources and information on ways to stretch their money and boost their savings. Whether struggling to meet monthly expenses, concerned about their 401(k), or wondering how to save for a child’s education, LifeWorks can help. Participants can download helpful articles or listen to this month’s podcast.
For managers and supervisors the April promotion highlights how LifeWorks can help them deal with the pressure to do more with less at work. Managers can call to talk with a consultant about how to manage workload, maintain individual and team morale, recognize and manage signs of stress in themselves and their employees, and maintain productivity in cost-cutting times. The promotion features the new podcast for managers:“Maximizing Productivity in Challenging Times” with management expert Diane Burrus.
