As part of our commitment to food safety we are currently in the process of adding you to our “Approved Suppliers” list for our Food Safety Program.
As a new supplier of food to our business you have a responsibility to ensure that all food products are delivered and received in a clean and safe condition.
Under our Food Safety Program we will be required to check deliveries for:
- Date marking,
- Name and address of supplier, packer or manufacturer,
- Description of contents,
- Quality of product – no visible signs of spoilage and/or contamination,
- Temperature.
We ask you to take all reasonable precautions when delivering food to our business.
In order to become an approved supplier, could you please provide us with a copy of the “Certificate of Registration” (local or state) for your business under the Food Act 1984 and a copy of your current HACCP Certification. This is to assure us that your company is complying with an accredited Food Safety Program.

We look forward to working closely with you regarding food safety. If you have any questions please call me on 8345 7500.
