Friday- arrive to set up camp, no dinner provided
Saturday- Sign in 9:00. Lunch time approx. 12:30.
Saturday night is Pot luck. Bring your favorite dish for a dinner under the Pavilon.
Sunday- Sign in 9:00: Ride out by 9:30, lunch time approx. 12:30.

Pre-entries must include check or money order and Rabies and Coggins Certificates and received no later than JUNE15th, 2016 in order to guarantee lunch.
Refund Policy: Rider must contact the Ride Manager seven (7) days prior to the ride notifying the Manager they will not be attending in order to have their pre-entry check returned to them. Refunds will be given after the cut-off date in the event of a medical emergency provided that Event management is notified prior to the start of the ride. No refunds will be made after the cut-off date for non-medical reasons. Refunds will be given if the event is canceled for any reason.

UNDER RHODE ISLAND LAW, AN EQUINE PROFESSIONAL UNLESS HE CAN BE SHOWN TO FAIL TO BE IN THE EXERCISE OF DUE CARE, IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO, OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM RISK INHERENT OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 21 OF TITLE 4 OF RHODE ISLAND STATE LAWS**For safety reasons were strongly recommend a red ribbon in the tail of horses that kick, a green ribbon in the tail of green horse or rider and a yellow ribbon in the tail of a stallion.NEATO OR THE OWNERS OF THE PARK WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY TO RIDER, SPECTATOR, OR HORSE OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANY HORSE OWNED AND OR RIDDEN BY HIM/HER AND SHALL NOT HOLD NEATO OR THE OWNERS OF THE PARK LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE.
Signature of this form consents agreement to these conditions. A representative who is of age must sign the entry blank and who, by such signature, individually accepts responsibility and risk as stated above.
ASTM/SEI approved helmets strongly suggested, required for riders under 18 years.
