For the purposes of this form, a ‘product’ is considered to be a course, conference, meeting, book, electronic product, eLearning product or any combination of these. The completed proposal form will be submitted to the Education Quality Assurance Committee for consideration. Please provide a comprehensive overview (Section 3) to assist the Committee in making a decision.

This form is split into two sections:

·  Section A is designed to be completed by the product proposer.

·  Section B is designed to be completed by RCOG staff.
