Each contestant has a room reserved under their name; there is no need to mention the New England PGA at Check-in. Fees for accommodations are included as part of the tournament package unless you are purchasing extra room nights on your own. A credit card is required at check in to cover any additional charges you incur during your stay.
Procedure for Check-in/Check-out
Guest check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Early arriving guests will be accommodated as rooms become available. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m., Complimentary luggage storage is available for guests who arrive early or have checked out, but are not yet departing the hotel.
Note: Teams are responsible for transportation to and from the golf course each day.
Hertz Car Rental has a location at Caesars Palace. Located next to Rao’s Restaurant and Buffet, hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. 7 days. For rental assistance, phone 702-731-1654.
Other major car rental agencies have offices at McCarran International Airport.
Golf Practice Rounds & Fees:
Pauite Resort, 10325 Nu-Wav Kaiv Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV, 89124 - Practice rounds are available on Saturday 11/3 & Sunday 11/4 – access for fivesomes will be available after 11:30 a.m.; groups of four or less may play at any time. Rates are $100.00 for Amateurs and $30.00 for NEPGA Professionals.

Starting Time: 9:30 AM Shotgun – Please Arrive no later than 9:00 AM
Format: 2 Best-Balls of 5, 1 Gross & 1 Net combined on each hole.
Optional Team Skins Game (Total of $300 cash; enters your team in the pool for all three days)
Golf, carts, range fees, breakfast before the shotgun, box lunch on-course during the round and beverages post-round in the Paiute clubhouse each day are all included in your tournament package.
Contestants may store their golf clubs overnight at the Pauite Resort, Free of Charge.
Driving Directions from Caesars Palace to the Paiute Resort:
Start out going (0.2 mi) SOUTH on South Las Vegas Boulevard/NV 604 S toward NV-592-W.
Turn RIGHT on NV-592 W/W FLAMINGO Rd. (0.4 mi)
Merge onto I-15 N toward SALT LAKE CITY. (4.0 mi)
Merge onto US-95 N via EXIT 42A toward RENO (20.0 mi)
Take EXIT 95 toward SNOW MOUNTAIN. (0.3 mi)
Turn RIGHT onto PAIUTE WAY. (0.2 mi)
PAIUTE WAY (1.5 mi) becomes NU WAV KAIV BLVD.

How about finding out, who did what, at the golf course today? Are you ready for some football? How about a cocktail? Hey, it's Vegas; it’s all available just by taking a quick elevator ride down from where you are staying!
Please join us for cocktails compliments of the NEPGA from 5:30-7:30 PM at Shadow Bar in Caesars Palace, located adjacent to the Caesars Palace Colosseum and Mesa Grill.
The days Pro-Am results will be scrolling on one TV while Monday Night Football, with the Eagles visiting the Saints, will be on the other TV’s! Remember to place your football wagers before 5:30 PM; we’re on Vegas time!
If you would like an additional or alternative wager for the football game we will be offering a $10 per square pool with (4) winners. The scores at the completion of first & third Quarters, Half Time and Final Score will decide who gets the cash! Squares will be available for purchase before & after the first round at Paiute and at Shadow Bar (if there are any left) up until kick-off.
Oh yeah, almost forgot, we’ll be handing out some skin money too! You can always use a little extra cash in Vegas, right?

Format: 2 Best-Balls of 5, 1 Gross & 1 Net combined on each hole.
Optional Team Skins Game
Golf, carts, range as well as breakfast before, box lunch during and beverages after all included.
Don’t worry about lugging those clubs back and forth; Paiute has got you covered.

NEPGA POKER NIGHT at the Caesars Poker Room
Let’s Play Some Cards! The Caesars Poker Room will be running a “No Limit” Texas Holdem tournament for NEPGA Pro-Am contestants, friends & family ONLY. It will begin at 6:00 PM, and should last no longer than 2.5 hours. (Of course, only those of us who make the final table have to worry about that)
Buy-in is $75.00; registration begins on Sunday, November 4 at the Caesars Poker Room. The event is open to the first 70 players who register.
Wednesday, November 7
Today we determine who can handle the pressure. Trophies for the overall Champions of the 2012 NEPGA Las Vegas Pro-Am are on the line. After several days in Vegas, pressure for some may just be getting to the course on time. Having all this fun can do that to a person!
