Funding Guidelines:
- Funds are limited and each application will be considered on its merits. For requests in which a group of clubs, an area or a division is applying a larger sum may be available than for an individual club. As a guide to how much may be available the District's usual starting point is up to 2/3 of the total project cost with a maximum of $400 per club per year.
- Funding must be approved BEFORE any expenditure is incurred. District will not approve retrospective applications.
- ONLY a Club President, Area Director, Division Director or Club Coach may apply for funding
- Financial support is given at the discretion of the Club Growth Director in consultation with the District Director and Program Quality Director
- The application should be completed in full and include material such as photos and / or copies of promotional materials to be used
- All expenditure must be supported by GST invoices and / or receipts. Where possible invoices are to be submitted to the District Finance Manager for payment direct to the supplier. Where an individual pays the account a District Expense claim must be submitted to the District Finance Manager for reimbursement
