Chitra Gupta, near Bal Shiksha Kendra, Garikhana, Khagaul, Patna - 852201, transferred by Govt of India, Ministry of Finance, Dept of Financial Services, Vigilance Section vide their letter F. No.25/11/2014-VIG/RTI dated October 16, 2014 under section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 andreceived by the office of CPIO, SIDBI, Lucknow on October 17, 2014. The information seeker has desired to know the number of cases and amount of loan under (i) Fraud (ii) NPA (iii) Stress Category accounts (iv) Re-structured / re-scheduled in terms of RBI terminology at Rajkot Branch office of SIDBI, the names of employees posted at Rajkot office along with designation currently, if the said loans were sanctioned by loan officers during normal office hours or employees had worked overtime on regular working days / on public holidays / on SIDBI official non working / off days, etc.

The branch does not work on holidays. However, in case of exigencies or need to complete work in a time bound manner, branch operates on non-working days or works beyond office hours on normal working days with the oral permission of the Branch head / acting branch head even if the branch head or acting branch head are physically not available at branch.

Data on attendance of employees on regular working days is available with the branch through bio-metric attendance system and on non-working days through manual attendance register maintained at the branch w.e.f.
