What’s happening:

The Hospitality room will be opened Friday afternoon (15:00), all day Saturday and Sunday morning to pack up. Only stipulation for the Hospitality room is that noglass bottles/drinking glasses will be permitted in the hospitality room.
Cost of the Banquet and tour of the Lexington is $45 per person and the banquet will be held on the fan-tail Saturday night. There will be a drop off point for those who have mobility problems in the parking lot across the street; and a shuttle to take anyone up/down the ramp to the ship after our event. The shuttle is available every day, not just for our meeting.
Lone Star Attendees will receive a wrist band which will allow them to tour the ship, and you will be able to do that any time Friday or Saturday, it does not have to be at the same day/time as the dinner.
There will be noalcohol at the dinner so no problem with people driving to/from the ship, which by the way is less than 10 min away from the hotel.
The Buffet will consist of Chicken Cordon Bleu and Fried Shrimp, along with salad, desert and beverage.
If someone needs a special meal, they need to let us know and we will arrange that...I know there are a couple of vegetarians out there.
There are many other things to do in Corpus; including the Aquarium near the Lexington;and there is also a large Shopping Bazaar area; and several museums.
