Friday, November 9
NCATE and State Board of Examiners begin arriving.
Saturday, November 10
8:15 a.m. / NCATE and State team chairs and EPSB representative meet in lobby to travel to campus team room.
8:45 a.m. / Dean Cibulka will escort NCATE and State team chairs and EPSB representative to President’s Office.
9:00 a.m. / NCATE and State team chairs and EPSB representative meet with President Todd in 101 Main Building.
9:30 a.m. / Additional team members meet in hotel lobby to travel to campus – will be transported by van to campus
10:00 a.m. / First team meeting on campus in team work room (109 Dickey Hall)
11:00 a.m. Orientation to Hard Copy Exhibit Room – NCATE Coordinator (109 Dickey Hall)
Overview of Professional Education Unit – Unit Head (355 Dickey Hall)
Orientation to Electronic Exhibit Room – NCATE Coordinator (355 Dickey Hall)
Orientation to Technology Resources – ITC Staff (355 Dickey Hall)
Demonstration of Data Management System – NCATE Coordinator and Director of Academic Services, (355 Dickey Hall)

4:30 p.m. / BOE members depart campus and return to hotel by van

Sunday, November 11
8:30 a.m. / BOE members meet in hotel lobby to travel to campus – will be transported by van to campus
9:00 a.m.–12:00 / BOE members meet/work in team work room (109 Dickey Hall)
12:00noon / Catered lunchfor Board of Examiners (125 Dickey Hall)
1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. / BOE members continue work in team work room
3:30 p.m. / BOE members depart campus to return to hotel to prepare for poster sessions and dinner – will be transported by van from campus to hotel
4:40 p.m. / BOE members meet in hotel lobby to travel to Andover Country Club for poster sessions and dinner – will be transported by van from hotel to poster session event and dinner
5:00 – 6:00 p.m. / Poster sessions (16 posters)
6:00 – 7:15 p.m. / Dinner (Brief welcome by Dean Cibulka and Provost Subbaswamy; brief overview of visit by NCATE and state team chairs; introduction of BOE members, EPSB representatives, and KEA observer)
7:15 p.m. / BOE members return to hotel – will be transported by van from dinner to hotel
7:45 p.m. / BOE work session at hotel work room
Monday, November 12
7:30 a.m. / BOE members visiting school sites will have breakfast at hotel with Director of Field Experiences and School Collaboration who will orient members to school sites; Director, along with other faculty and staff as needed, will take BOE members directly to schools for site visits.
7:30 a.m. / BOE members not visiting school sites meet in hotel lobby to travel to campus by van
