TINMOG 16 POINT CHALLENGE, - SUNDAY 18th. MARCH 2018

  1. The Morgan Sports Car Club, (Cornwall Centre) will promote a 16 POINTCHALLENGE, (Navigational Scatter),taster event, on SUNDAY 18th. MARCH 2018. The event will be open to any members of the organising club and suitable entries of CLASSIC CARS from outside of the club. M.S.A. Permit No. 105751 has been issued for a Taster Event, to allow non-club members to participate. ALL PROFITS FROM THE EVENT WILL GO TOWARDS MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT.
  1. The meeting is held under the General Regulations of the MSA (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA) and these Supplementary Regulations.
  1. The Start and Finish of the event will be at Trehellis House, Washaway, Bodmin. Map ref 200/037698. You should expect to cover approx 70 to 80 miles. Start times:signing on from 09.00hrs.Novices will receive the route at 10.15hrs, Scouts at 10.30hrs, and Experts at 10.45hrs. There will be a briefing at 09.45 hrs. All entrants should arrive and sign on by 09.30hrs.
  1. Prizes will be presented at the end of the event.

Other prizes may be awarded at the discretion of the organisers, to other participants, subject to starter numbers.

  1. Only the driver and nominated navigator are eligible for prizes but additional passengers may be carried.

7.The entry fee is £25.00 per car, on an official Tinmog Entry Form and accompanied by the appropriate fee. The maximum number of entries for the event is 30. the minimum is 6. Please note that the event may not run if sufficient entries are not received by the closing date of Tuesday 13th, March 2018.

Any passenger under the age of 18 must bring a signed parents consent form. All cars should look as standard as possible and carry a maximum of only two additional driving lights, no advertising on the vehicle, no excessive noise and no multi-coloured vehicles. All cars must be taxed, insured and where applicable have a current MOT. Pencils, Pens, Highlighters, Clipboard & Rubber will be required, but maps will be supplied by the organisers

8. Entries will be seeded by the organisers. There will be no tricky navigation, just a straight forward event in an effort to encourage more competitors

10.The event will consist of two halves, one before lunch and one after lunch. Details of cost of Sunday Roast or Vegetarian alternative will be circulated later. PLEASE HAVE LUNCH AT THE VENUE AS THEY HAVE STOPPED REGULARS COMING TO ACCOMMODATE US.

11.The event is intended for Morgans and Classic cars and entries of later produced vehicles will depend on spaces left.
