1.Establishing,Design, Fabrication and Launching a Small Satellite.

Period: 2/2013 –2/2015
Amount of 100,000$.

The project will be developed in four phases:
1-Preparation stage: establishing space engineering research center to communicate with international space station (ISS) in cooperating with South-West State University.
2- Fabrication and testing stage: to get the equipment ready for the next stage.
3- Flight stage: check the readiness of orientation with respect to the velocity vector; the position in space; photos and video devices.
4- Launch stage: final stage aim to launch the small satellite in orbit around earth.
­Building a flight simulator using Stewart platform, funded by King Abdullah II Fund for development, KAFD Student Research Project Sponsorship Program, 5500$.
­Designing a new accelerometer for testing purposes of airfoils in wind tunnels. (The project is sponsored by Boeing), WSU, USA. 10,000$.
­Stewart platform with six degrees of freedom. BAU-FET: 1000$.
­Modeling and analysis of a new frame design for a corvette car and ensuring the safety of the new design. (Funded by Corvette) 10,000$.
­Tracking and Shooting Targets via Live Image Analysis. BAU-FET: 1000$.
