National Federation Rules Apply
If weather becomes an issue during a game, it must be played in its entirety.
Ten run mercy rule after 5 innings or 15 runs after 3 innings in effect in the quarterfinal and semifinal games. The game will be played in its entirety during the championship game.
An athletic trainer will be at the Dinwiddie Sports Complex
Water coolers, cups and game balls will be provided. No coolers allowed
Higher seeded teams will be home team throughout the tournament. Official scorers will be provided at the Semifinals and Finals only.
Home team shall occupy the 3rd base dugout for Semi-Finals and Finals.
Visiting team shall occupy the 1st base dugout for the Semi-Finals and Finals.
Both visiting teams and home team shall take batting practice 1 hour prior to the game time on a designated field.
Visiting team shall take infield 30 minutes prior to game time
Home team shall take infield 20 minutes prior to game time
INFIELD PRACTICE SHALL BE LIMITED TO 10 MINUTES FOR EACH TEAM
Each team will be introduced prior to Semi-Finals and Championship Games
Teams will provide to the official scorekeeper, rosters with complete names, numbers, and coaches 30 minutes prior to the game time
Full concessions will be provided at the Dinwiddie Sports Complex
Admission price for quarterfinal games is $5.00 with a family rate of $20.00 and semifinal and championship game is $10.00 and a family rate of $30.00
In the event a quarterfinal game cannot be played on Tuesday or Wednesday, the higher seed team will automatically advance to the semifinal game.
VISAA T-shirts will be available for sale at Dinwiddie Sports Complex
The raindate for the tournament will be Saturday, May 21st.
