MODUS OPERANDI:
- NCDPD designer’s transportation, food and hotel accommodation expenses for out of town consultations shall be under the account of the Client/ Customer unless, otherwise NCDPD provides for these.
- A proposed design and development will be submitted for approval. This will serve as a basis for the Development of the design/s. Any modifications made after the proposed design and development has been submitted and approved by the Client, would mean consideration for additional charges and will be billed accordingly.
- Design services commences only upon signing of contract and transmittal of payment as per the agreed payment schemes. Design drafts delivery lead-time commences after the date of payment and delivery will depend on the designer’s workload and arrangements with the Client.
- Prototypes should be made available for review of the NCDPD Designers and the Client in order to make the necessary revisions to come up with the final product. Their shall be no separate fee/ charges for the same.
- NCDPD and its assigned Designer(s) further guarantees that these designs are EXCLUSIVELY ASSIGNED to the Client/ Customer and will not be offered to any other party with in the stipulated period of design rights as mentioned above.
- No design and/or drafts shall be returned without prior notice to our office once the Client has approved and received them within 3 working days after the release. Failure to return the designs and/or drafts without prior notice within 3 working days after the release, NCDPD shall consider it approved/accepted by the Client.
- In the event that this agreement will terminated for whatever reasons or cause prior to its completion, the Client shall be charged based on the level of completion.
- TheNCDPD may provide additional assistance not specified in this agreement. However, such additional assistance shall be entered into another contract with the Beneficiary and Designer/Consultant.
- Pro-forma invoice could be furnished by the NCDPD as per Beneficiary request
- The above frame work has been devised to facilitate a transparent mechanism.
- EPCH/NCDPD has all rights to amend/delete/ add any clause or the complete framework as per the requirements.
