FINAL EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

Fall 2015

The exam period will be determined by the first hour the class (not lab) meets on the first day of the week it is scheduled. Exams will be two hours in length with 15-minute breaks between exams.

DAY CLASS FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Exams for classes meetingM only, W only, F only, MWF, MW, M-F, T-F, M-R or MTRF are scheduled on Monday, December 7, Wednesday, December 9, and Friday, December 11. Times refer to the time the class is scheduled to meet on the first scheduled day of the week. Exams are held in the classroom in which the class is normally scheduled.

  • Individual student conflicts should be worked out with the appropriate instructor.
  • If a deviation from this schedule is necessary, discuss the deviation with the appropriate instructional division dean. All finals must be given during the week of finals (not before) unless the instructional division dean grants special permission.
  • Grades should be submitted no later than 4:30 pm on Monday, December 14.

Exams for classes meeting on T only, R only, or TR are scheduled for Tuesday, December 8 and Thursday, December 10. Times refer to when the time the class is scheduled to meet on the first scheduled day of the week. Exams are held in the classroom in which the class is normally scheduled.

For those classes that meet once a week, excluding evening classes, final exams should be given during exam week on the same day, the same time, and in the same room (if available) that the class regularly meets. There may be some room conflicts for classes that meet on Mondays only, for example, if the room is used by a different class T-F.

** Note to evening instructors: If you are teaching a 6 pm class in a classroom that does not have a 5 pm. class scheduled in the same room on the night of your class you may give your final from 6 to 8 pm, instead of 7:15 to 9:15 pm.

WEEKEND CLASS FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Saturday or Sunday classexams will be on Saturday, December 12or Sunday,December 13, respectively.
