Responsible for 3 high rise towers within Sector 1 of part of a US$ 1.6 billion luxury residential project. The towers vary in height between 160m (43 floors) and 195m (53 floors.) The development was the world’s largest single phase project consisting of 36 towers and 4 hotels over a 1.7km stretch of the marina.

The Casthouse works included a 30,000 m2 extension of the existing plant incorporating 3 furnaces, a drop casting machine, homogenising facility, water plant and associated buildings, offices and infrastructure.

Increasing the stadium capacity from 36,000 to 52,000 by the reconstruction and refurbishment of the North and West stands. 250,000 sq. ft of floor space was created, over 15 normal storeys in height, transforming the complex into a 365 day a year facility providing bars, restaurants, luxury banqueting and conference facilities. Improved corporate facilities were provided as well as a large media and photography centre.
The new translucent roof of the stadium was the largest cantilever structure in Europe at 65m.
