Project Construction Manager for developing an Istithmar landmark development for 4no 50 storey office towers, a 430m hotel tower and 230 room hospital for Bumrungrad of Thailand. Project was developed from schematic design stages through to obtaining JAFZA building permits and construction of 1.6km of secant piling works for a 4 storey combined podium, 2 storey below ground. 1000 no piles constructed for the hospital.

Responsible for 3 high rise towers within Sector 1 of part of a US$ 1.6 billion luxury residential project. The towers vary in height between 160m (43 floors) and 195m (53 floors.) The development was the world’s largest single phase project consisting of 36 towers and 4 hotels over a 1.7km stretch of the marina.

Extension of Casthouse No.2 as part of a US$ 850 Million expansion programme (Kestrel Project) to increase the smelter’s capacity by an additional 174,000 tonnes per annum, bringing the total capacity to 710,000 tones. The Casthouse works included a 30,000 m2 extension of the existing plant incorporating 3 furnaces, a drop casting machine, homogenising facility, water plant and associated buildings, offices and infrastructure.

Increasing the stadium capacity from 36,000 to 52,000 by the reconstruction and refurbishment of the North and West stands. 250,000 sq. ft of floor space was created, over 15 normal storeys in height, transforming the complex into a 365 day a year facility providing bars, restaurants, luxury banqueting and conference facilities. Improved corporate facilities were provided as well as a large media and photography centre.

The new translucent roof of the stadium was the largest cantilever structure in Europe at 65m.
