Learning Objectives:
-Assess your possible career interests after taking a quiz
- Obtain information about job requirements, working conditions, places for training, and salary potential in your chosen field and the field of visual media
- Analyze your findings in order to make adjustments to future education and career choices
- Learn a little bit more about yourself and the jobs available that will fit your style and desires
- Become familiar with the photography and visual media job options, opportunities, educational needs, job outlook etc.

Directions: PART ONE
1. Log onto careerbridge.wa.gov
2. FInd the Explore Careers section and click on TAKE QUIZ
3. Take the quiz. BE HONEST! Don’t over think it.
4. If you want to save your quiz results for future use you will have to register on the site first. I do not need to see the results.
5. Using your quiz results, answer the questions below. (worth 14 points)

2.Choose a career that is related to photography or Photoshop. Choose a specific type of career, not just “photographer.” For example: Underwater photographer. Do not choose the same one you chose in Photo 1!
3. Create a Powerpoint presentation that includes the following information. The presentation must have at least 8 slides, including the title slide (worth 11 points):

2. Average Salary information
3. What does the job entail? (What do they do on a day to day basis?)
4. Does the person travel? If so, where and how often?
5. What education does the person need to do the job?
6. Any other interesting facts.
7. At least 5 pictures that show the career (either the person working in it doing their job, or their work) 8. You may have to present this to the class and will be given extra credit if you do.
