1 / Manning, operation of sewage Treatment Plant of 1200 m3/day during defect liability period of 2 years including all accessories as mentioned in schedule complete inclusive of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly comprehensive maintenance in three shift (08 hrs) per day with one operator and one helper in each shift with all consumable material including chemical as required & other spares excluding electricity & water for operation as specified & directed. / Each Month / 24 / Rs.______(Rupees.______only) / Rs.______
Note:-
1. Periodic Maintenance should be carried out by the authorised repersentative of the OEM of the plant.
2. Electricity & water for operation of the plant shall be provided by the department free of cost.
3. One sweeper is to be provided in one shift of during daytime for cleaning of the screens & surroundings.
1. The period of manning & operation is identical to the period of defect liability & will start from the date of completion of work.

COMMERCIAL TERMS
1.0 The quoted prices should be lumpsum on turnkey basis for the items described in the price schedule.
2.0 Prices should include all taxes & duties.
3.0 Payment :
3.1. The mobilization advance 10% of quoted value for plant can be release against equal amount of Bank guarantee with in 3 days of submission of bank guarantee.
3.2. 40% of quoted value against plant shall be released on receipt of electro-mechanical equipments at site after inspection. The advance taken by the bidder shall be deducted in full from this payment.
3.3. 30% of quoted value against plant shall be released against construction of civil units on prorate basis.
3.4 10% of quoted value against plant shall be released on erecting of E&M equipment on prorate basis.
3.5 5% of quoted value against plant shall be released on commissioning of the plant and receipt of NOC from Punjab Pollution Control Board.
4.0 Advance payment for Steel & Cement: The payment against material bought at site shall be paid at actual as per prevailing market rates and the same shall be adjusted from RA bills against civil work for the consumed quantity.
5.0 For manning & operation of the plant the payment shall be made on monthly basis.
6.0 The Manning & operation also include the sludge disposal in the area specified by the department.
7.0 The firm has to submit quarterly report of treated sewage from any authorised laboratory. If the report is not with in the parameters, the contractor has to rectify the plant and then again get tested from same laboratory.
8.0 No deviation shall be accepted for commercial terms, any deviation shall lead to rejection of tender.
