With reference to your advertisement for the above cited items Published in Dainik Bhaskar Hindi News Paper dated: 18.07.2017 in accordance with the term and conditions of your tender form issued to me for the purpose, I tender the rates of the mentioned items:-

Bench Size: 36”X10”X18” / The complete frame of dual desk support & footrest made out of angle iron of size(37to39)X(37to39)X3mm. Size of desk frame 34”X12”X29” (864X305X737mm) with four legs. Hard wood top of desk size 36”X14”X1” (914X355X25mm) in two pieces i.e. Ist of size 36”X10”X1” & 2nd of size 36”X4”X1” fitted by 6Nos.half round head screws with hex nuts. Two Nos. of angle iron support of size 12” between should be provided. The wooden back support size 36”X5”X1” (914X127X25mm) will be fitted on front desk just under the top of desk with 2Nos. Half round head screws and hex nuts. Bench of size 36”X10”X18” (914X250X457mm) should be fitted with 4 Nos. half round head screws of size 8” between legs width wise at a distance of 5” from bottom should be provided. The footrest of desk & bench will be made out of angle iron at the height 5”(127mm) form ground level in the shape of triangle i.e. both side of angle iron will be welded on width wise supports of angles iron. The desk and bench will be made jointly with 2Nos. angle iron piece of length 30”(762mm) The gap between desk & bench should be 10” (254mm) Good quality hard wood should be used. Wooden parts to be spirit polished, steel parts should be coated with one coat of redoxide primer & 2 coats of synthetic black paint.

The lock shall be of 6 livers with duplicate keys for locking arrangements. There shall be 3 ways bolting device of 10mm dia rod and central bolting device fixed with strips of 20G. Sheet 3 hinges on each door. The manually sheet operated locker shall be made of 12gauge sheet (2.50mm). The locker shall be made in half of the right side of middle compartment.
