LEGAL REMEDY:

3. The natural person referred to in item 2 should pay the fine within eight (8) days from the day of receipt of the mandatory payment order for fine payment.

4. If the natural person fails to pay the fine within the deadline of eight (8) days from the day on which the mandatory order is signed, the official person shall submit the mandatory payment order to the body competent for enforcement for its execution.

5. It shall be deemed that the perpetrator of the misdemeanour, by signing the receipt of the mandatory payment order, has agreed to pay the fine.

6. A perpetrator who would be prevented from paying the fine by travelling abroad must pay according to the mandatory payment order immediately.
