The quality of the paper can definitely be affected by the processes involved from dispatch at the warehouse to being placed in the machines here in the building. The temperature at which the paper is kept can effect the quality i.e. if it gets too damp/dry, I make sure that the stationery cupboards are kept at an appropriate temperature.

Generally the problem is more to do with the users and how they load the machines (paper need to be put in the correct way as indicated on the packaging) or its a storage problem and the paper is damp
