I’m a Marine Surveyor and Deck Officer with more than 16 years sea experience on various types of ships. Presently employed by “Hamburg Sud - SPMS” as an Captain Superintendent of Marine Training Centre in Tarawa, Kiribati, supported by six German shipping companies, including “Hamburg Sud”.

I was previously at sea gaining experience of VLCC’s, product tankers, reefers,

General cargo ships as a Deck Officer. Speak fluent English. Good negotiator and team leader with excellent records.

Institute and Local Port Authorities.

My duties also included negotiations with various donors’ agencies,

(UN, AUSAID, NZAID, EU), Government officials, Ambassadors

Of various countries involved in Kiribati and different Maritime

Institutions around the world (IMO,Seagull, Videotel, Sea-trade, etc…), preparing and executing various kind of projects, etc…
