For the time being the INSIRE directive is on the early stage of the transposition and implementation. A couple of the provisions have already been listed in Law on State survey and Real-Estate Cadaster (from 2011). According to the national strategic document the INSIRE directive is planned to be fully transposed in future NSDI law.

There are activities for data and service harmonization in order to make them INSPIRE conformant, in the first place there are some pilot projects and regional cooperation in SDI area.

First step will be the transposition of INSIRE directive.

As it was mentioned Montenegro is on the beginning of the transposition and implementation of the Directive.

After the transposition of the Directive, implementation will formally begin through adopted roadmap and action plans.

2- How is coordinated ensured between the implementation of INSPIRE and the other policies of the environmental acquis?

For the time being there is no coordination.

Is there an overview of which public authority is in charge of implementing measures regarding the environmental acquis?

As a framework, yes. Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism.

Is there a tentative matching of roadmaps regarding statutory reporting deadlines and the use of INSPIRE implementation measures?

Currently no.

Which are the main difficulties?

Adequate legal framework does not exists.
