GE Consumer finance is in the business of providing Credit Card and other financial services to leading retailers across the US and Canada. These services span the entire range of Own-label credit card processing services ranging from receiving and processing credit card applications to generating invoices and processing accounts receivable and settlements.

Settlement processing system acts as front-end collection, processing and routing mechanism of transactions. Settlement systems receives data from online entry, paper tickets as well as point of sale (in store) for the purpose of customer settlements. The objective of offshore support is to assist Client in maintenance / enhancements to the system like total settlement amount calculation by processing sales and return amounts, adding up of new client, deleting of new client, validating of settlements with promotions etc.

Guardian supplies employee benefits programs to five million participants, including life, health and dental insurance, as well as qualified pension plans.

The scope of the project is to maintain Enterprise information Management Group Data Warehouse that is developed in DB2. The data regarding to Plans and plan holders, Premiums, Commissions, members and it's dependents information and claims information will be taken from different systems and loaded into db2 tables on a daily basis in order to keep this data warehouse as central pool for all the system that needs feed. Apart from this some of the extract files will be created to outside vendors upon their request for particular plan numbers.

The Scope of the enhancements are aimed at seamless integration of Eterna Order Management where the orders are being placed on phone currently, with the Customer Net Application. These enhancements will provide Eterna customers a web based application with increased availability for placing orders. For GE Appliances this system will bring in the benefits such as digitization of ordering process for Eterna customers, reduced telephone support and improving overall efficiency of the ordering process

NDC-Pharaoh is a Product that allows clients to view the most complete and timely source of pharmaceutical sales information across all therapeutics areas, geographies, classes of trade and manufacturers. Pharaoh Provides online access to the source retail and non-retail databases for purposes of analyzing drug sales trends across geographies, manufacturers and classes of trade and determining the influence of managed care in each segment. FDMS is the world’s largest provider of merchant processing services for VISA and Master Card and other major credit cards in the retail, hospitality, and supermarket, direct marketing and health care industries. Silverline was chosen to do the Year 2000 Compliance project for FDMS application in the South platform totaling 4.1 million lines of code. This involved Impact Analysis, Development of Design Specification for Conversion, Y2KConversion, Regression Testing for Functionality validation and Future Date Testing to validate Year 2000 conversion. Two tools Data Ager and a SAS utility were used for future date testing of this project. These were provided by FDMS. In special cases COBOL programs were written to age the data files
