Experience
Retail leadership /
  • Proven track record of leading and managing successful retail/trading operations across multiple sites in a senior management capacity
  • Experience of researching and procuring potential sites for new shops
  • Evidence of strong leadership skills, inspiring and empowering team members to believe in the vision and direction of a role, a function and the organisation as a whole
  • Track record of excellence and innovation in driving sales, marketing and merchandising of stock

  • Charity Retail experience
  • Driving an expansion programme

Corporate /Leadership /
  • Evidence of the ability to develop and implement effective strategies, working with multiple key stakeholders in a busy and complex environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills particularly associated with developing effective relationships with field based and cross directorate teams
  • A high degree of integrity, tact, diplomacy and brand “spirit”
  • Ability to work with and influence a senior team together with evidence of contributing and implementing strategy
