  • Explain three key steps you would take to implement the strategic plan in your organization.

11. Monitoring and Re-evaluation

  • Describe two issues or strategies you think might be problematic and could need modification.
  • Explain how you would monitor, modify, or eliminate the issue or strategy based on a re-evaluation of the strategy.

12. Reflections on the Strategic Planning Process

  • Based on your experience of developing a strategic plan, what insights have you gained regarding the strategic planning process and its use?
