CBSE interface is to customize, order, systematically capture end-customer information required to create software entitlement and send them to ESH. These products share one thing in common; the need to have software entitlement records created in SAP-DSW. These entitlement records serve the purposes of establishing the license to use the software or software component of a solution and permits them access to software support and subscription updates. Supported product structures are based on the fulfillment pipe (HVEC, Xccelerator). This requirement is for AG and for large enterprise stores (B2B) and scalable stores (B2C).
