ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Directors, Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, 2050 Reiser Ave SE, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663 until 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 19, 2017 for the Tappan Lake Park Phase 1 Campground as set forth in Bidding Documents on file. At said time and place, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following project work:

Bidding Documents can be seen at the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) Engineering Services Office, 2050 Reiser Avenue, SE, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663 or at the office of the Engineer, DLZ Ohio, Inc., 1 Canal Square Plaze, Suite 1300 , Akron, Ohio 44308. Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically or in person at AA Blueprint, 2757 Gilchrist Road, Akron, OH 44305, 1.800.821-3700, upon payment of $150.00 (plus shipping and handling if required). Payment shall be made to AA Blueprint. Bidding Documents are not returnable for refund.
Bidders shall obtain bidding documents from AA Blueprint to ensure that they receive all addenda and communications. MWCDreserves the right to reject the proposal of any bidder not registered with AA Blueprint as a plan holderof official Bidding Documents.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at the Tappan Lake Activity Center at 84000 Mallarnee Road, Deersville, Ohio 44693.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form as stated in the Instructions to Bidders.
Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/ or to award at any time during the period.
State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for Harrison County will be applicable to this project. An actual hard copy of the applicable wage rates will be provided to the successful bidder by the MWCD.
The MWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/ or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. The MWCD also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
