Musikgarten Registration Form

RESERVING YOUR SPACE: Reservations are made by submitting the following:

1. online or hard-copy Registration Form

2. non-refundable $25 Registration Fee per child

3. Materials Cost

4. minimum of 50% of Tuition by Registration Deadline; remaining 50% of Tuition due by the first week of the semester/session.

Please note: Current, returning families enjoy a $25 savings each subsequent semester when registering by the Priority Registration Deadline, (four weeks before standard Registration Deadline). The registration fee becomes a one-time-fee, as long as current families register for each subsequent semester by the Priority Registration Deadline.
Timely registration is highly recommended as this allows for healthy and full classes!

Payment Arrangements:

Payment by check or money order must accompany hard copy registration. Please make checks payable to Janet Maass Fitz and send payment to: Janet Maass Fitz, Director, Musikgarten of Lancaster, 512 E. Spruce St., New Holland, PA 17557.

Submitting registration acknowledges that I have read and understood the Musikgarten of Lancaster policies and agree to the terms within. I wish to register my child for the class indicated. I understand that photographs taken in class may be used without financial compensation, unless otherwise indicated in writing. Submission of this registration indicates my agreement that I will not hold Musikgarten of Lancaster responsible for any loss, damages or injury incurred directly or indirectly from participation in the Musikgarten of Lancaster program or class.
