MUSIC GRADUATE STUDENTS

EXIT INTERVIEW

The Administration, Faculty, and Staff of the School of Music and Dance request your participation in an evaluation of your experiences at the School. Three members of the School of Music administration will conduct exit interviews in an effort to find out what has been working well and what needs to be improved. Our goal is to make the School an even better place to be and to learn. Your assistance in this process will help ensure that future students have a useful and rewarding experience here. You may schedule an exit interview by telephoning or emailing one of the following administrators for an appointment, or, if you do not wish to do an in-person interview, print and fill out this form to deliver to the Dean’s Office. An exit interview generally lasts about 30 minutes.
