Online enrolment can now be completed. You must complete enrolment to ensure that you have access to your modules. Semester 1 will start on Monday 24th September 2012.
Please use the period between enrolment and the start of term to familiarise yourself with the Blackboard Learning Environment (the online means of delivering tis programme). We would encourage you to access the University’s Virtual Campus to undertake a short online induction course, this course is essential, and you may struggle to access your course material if you do not complete the induction.
Once you have completed online enrolment you will have access to:
• Programme Support area (a general area which contains course and other supporting information).
• Please read through the material before the start of term.
• Blackboard Learn Induction Package
• Your modules (not available until the start of the semester– 24th September 2012)
IT IS VITAL THAT YOU UNDERTAKE ONLINE ENROLMENT IN ORDER TO BE GRANTED ACCESS TO YOUR MODULES AT THE START OF TERM. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS IF YOU DO NOT ENROL.
The Online Enrolment Site is general to all students in the University but at this website there are a number of forms and procedures specific to the MSc in International Business. Please ensure you read all the information on this website carefully and return the forms required. It is advised that you print off all the information here and retain it for your records.

SELECTION OF MODULES AT ENROLMENT: ACADEMIC YEAR 2012/13
Students beginning the programme on Monday 24th September 2012 must follow the path outlined below in the Course Plan but it is possible to proceed more slowly through the course taking one module per semester. However you must complete the core modules International Management and International Business Environment, before progressing to any subsequent modules. Obviously this means that you will not complete the programme within the normal time frame.

You are requested to send all documentary evidence within 3 weeks of your on-line registration. If this does not happen access to BlackBoard Learn will be DENIED. Please send copies only.
Plagiarism Statement
What is Plagiarism?
• Copying all or part of a piece of work written by someone else, for example an essay or dissertation
• Copying sentences, passages or extracts from books, journals, articles etc and joining these together to form a new piece of work
• Passing off thoughts, arguments and ideas which have originated elsewhere as your own work
• Borrowing material from anther source without citing (either on purpose or by accident)

Plagiarism can apply to copying both from published sources such as books, reports or journal articles, as well as from the unpublished work of other students.
• Buying an essay or paper from an Internet essay bank
• Mimicking the source too closely when paraphrasing
• Quoting directly from a text word for word, without acknowledgement
• Copying from the essays or notes of another student
• Referring to data as if you had collected and compiled it yourself
• Copying all or part of a picture in the style of another artist
